As part of an international outreach effort, Dr. B. Star Hampton, Assistant Professor of Ob/Gyn at Brown University, traveled to Rwanda with a group of colleagues to provide Rwandan women with first-class medical care they might not otherwise have received. The team represented the Division of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at Women & Infants Hospital and The Warren Alpert Medical School and helped 73 women during their 2 weeks in Africa.
