Preserving The Fertility Of The Youngest Cancer Patients

An article in Time magazine online featured several Brown affiliated doctors, including Dr. Tina Robison, Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Women & Infants Hospital, whose work is aimed at preserving the fertility of cancer patients as young as 17 months old who are undergoing treatment. The techniques used by the doctors are still considered experimental, but they do give hope to families facing already difficult situations.
