UPDATE August 16, 2012: At this time, Pinnacle is still down. We will sent a update with the status later in the day.
The Telecom Office will be upgrading the Pinnacle Telecom Billing System on Friday, August 10th. The upgrade will provide an enhanced software platform with a new look and feel. In order to successfully transition, a blackout period will be in effect August 10th through August 14th.
You will not be able to access your Department billing detail from August 10th through August 14th.
We will provide you with log-in instructions for the new software version prior to August 14th.
