Software Downloads page unavailable to some subnets across campus

Update:  This issue has been resolved.

 

The “new” software.brown.edu has been cut-over, but some networks on campus are being blocked by the firewall.  CIS is working on a resolution and hope to have it accessible to all this morning.  We will post updates here on the blog.

If you experience problems other than the ones mentioned above, or problems with another service, please report them to the Help Desk at (401) 863-4357.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
