RESOLVED – Student access to course Wiki pages

RESOLVED 12/7/2012 9:45 AM: This has been fully resolved. We are sorry for the inconvenience this issue may have caused.

UPDATE 12/4/2012 2:00 PM: We continue to perform tests with the vendor to determine a solution. Thank you for your patience. Again, if you experience any problems with course Wiki pages, please file a report with the Help Desk at 401-863-4357 or via email at help@brown.edu.

UPDATE 11/30/12 5:00 PM: No additional information has been provided. We are still working with the vendor to resolve this issue.

UPDATE 11/29/2012  3:15 PM: We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue. We will continue to post updates as new information is provided to us. Again, thank you for your patience in this matter.

UPDATE 11/27/12 12:30 PM: Those needing to access the CHEM 0360 course wiki page should be able to do so now. We are, however, still working with the vendor on this issue. If you are having difficulty with the CHEM page, or other course wiki pages, please file a report with the Help Desk at 401-863-4357 or via email at help@brown.edu.

Original Post: We are aware of a problem with student access to course Wiki pages and are working to identify and resolve the issue.  Functionality that may be impacted by this problem includes: viewing and editing content on wiki.brown.edu course pages/sites, which may include documentation and course materials.

We will be posting all updates, including the resolution of the problem, on the CIS blog at http://blogs.brown.edu/cis – please check the blog regularly for updates.
