The issue has been resolved with the ArcGIS license manager.

 

UPDATE: 4:18pm 1/10/2013

The ArcGIS License Manager, located on CIS’ CFARM server, will undergo maintenance on Friday, January 11.  ArcGIS client connections to the license manager may be sporadic all day today.

Users of ArcGIS should save their work frequently since there is the potential for data loss. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
