The Help Desk has received reports that access to Learningpoint is currently working, but the service may remain unstable through the evening. We will provide more information tomorrow.

We do not expect the problem with LearningPoint to be resolved until mid-afternoon today – Wednesday 1/9/2013 – at the earliest. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are aware of a problem with LearningPoint and are working to identify and resolve the issue. Functionality that may be impacted by this problem includes: access to in-person training registration and online course content in Brown’s professional development learning management system
