This issue is currently solved and your accounts should not notice slowness at this moment.
Regarding the root cause for this issue, It is related to networking problems detected this morning on our servers. Our Engineering teams have then promptly fixed the issue, however a small amount of users/domains were still affected during this period.

We are aware of an issue with Google mail loading slowly. We have opened a case with Google and we will keep you updated with this issue.
