Gmail Recipient Issue Caused by Browser Zoom

We are aware of an issue some people are encountering when selecting recipients for an email in Google Mail. When a name is typed, the suggested list of email addresses appears, and the mouse is hovered over the desired recipient’s name, it takes longer than usual for the name to become selected. This can lead to accidentally inserting the wrong name into your recipient list.

This is caused by the browser settings on the computer – specifically, when the browser is zoomed in or out. Resetting the zoom to 100% (Control 0 on a PC, Command 0 on a Mac) should solve the problem. We also recommend double checking the recipients of your email before sending.
