Congratulations to Mark Bell

In early March, Mark, a senior graduate student, received notification that he received an Entrepreneurial Fellowship from the Slater Technology Fund; the Slater Fellows Program is designed to attract and support a next generation of entrepreneurs in the life sciences industry.  Also, with mentor Carlos Aizenman, Assistant Professor of Neuroscience, Mark published an article in Nature Neuroscience on the potential of putrescine to reduce seizures.  Link to URLs for both stories.
