The Performance-Based National Detention Standards (2008) address safety, security, order, care, activities, justice and administration and management. The right to psychological evaluations, parenting programing, and addiction programing is not addressed. This information in the “Justice” section focuses on immigration and deportation processes and the document does not address reunification with child in state custody.
