Hello, archaeo-enthusiasts! Welcome to Issue 1 of my fieldwork and outreach newsletter. Before you proceed, I encourage you to read the introductory issues (posted here previously) for some background on my project. This issue of The Interactive Dissertation is a summary of the first trip I took on my first travel fellowship, the Mellon Mediterranean Regional Research Fellowship from the Council of American Overseas Research Centers (CAORC).
