Rare book assignment – Diderot

I selected a volume of the Encyclopédie ou Dictionnaire Raisonné des Sciences, des Arts et des Métiers, par une société de gens de lettres by Diderot and d’Alembert – specifically, the eleventh, which I thought to concern sewing. This volume claims to have been printed in 1765 in Neufchastel, by Samuel Faulche & Co. – I believe that means it’s a first edition. There’s a purple stamp denoting that it was once owned by the Bibliotheque Paul Kinsbourg in Paris; seeing as it was published there, that’s no surprise.
