IWB is at the 50th Annual Conference for TESOL!

IWB at TESOL

Today marks the first day of the 50th Annual Conference for Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). The IWB is proud to have Rachel Toncelli and Olivia Mansion there to represent the blog. The IWB was co-founded by Rachel Toncelli, the Director of the English Language Learning Office at Brown University, and Olivia Mansion, who is a Cross Cultural Communications Intern at the ELL office. Originally an ELL project, the IWB has evolved into a space for multicultural exchange and dialogue on and beyond Brown’s campus. Rachel and Olivia will be presenting at the conference on how blogs like the IWB can help international and ELL students develop their proficiency in English through conversations about culture, language and identity.
