I think Cramer’s point about the current usage of both new media and old media depending on requirements is pretty interesting. Whenever something new comes along, it is often the case that people will assume that it is inherently better than older alternatives, when in reality the old and the new both have their positives and negatives. The bike is especially interesting to me, because it is more energy efficient than a car, and can better avoid issues with traffic than a car, but is often overlooked just because it is older. It takes time for people to see past the novelty of a new product to realize that it might not actually be the best, or at least not always the best.
